Organizations increasingly use AI systems across departments, but rarely have structured evidence that the employees using, managing, or procuring those systems actually understand their regulatory responsibilities. This certified course closes that gap, giving your organization documented AI literacy training and independent certification instead of scattered awareness sessions and policies that exist only on paper.
Employees across an organization increasingly interact with AI systems, whether by using them directly, overseeing their outputs, or selecting vendors and tools. Few of them have been taught what the EU AI Act actually requires, so their understanding of the rules varies wildly from one department to the next.
That gap shows up in concrete ways: staff make decisions about AI tools without knowing where the legal boundaries sit, internal AI policies get written but never really land with the people expected to follow them, and when an auditor, regulator, or customer asks the organization to demonstrate competence, there’s nothing concrete to point to.
The organization identifies employees who work with AI systems or make decisions about AI use, then enrolls them in the “Certified Data Scientist Specialized in the EU AI Act” course, delivered by Fraunhofer experts.
Participants learn the fundamentals of AI systems, the EU AI Act, risk classification, role concepts, and compliance obligations, then explore how technical and organizational requirements apply in daily practice.
The training also covers governance topics such as risk management, quality management, conformity assessment, and trustworthy AI development processes.
Participants complete the training and can optionally take a written examination. The organization then documents participation and certificates as evidence of AI literacy and internal compliance readiness.
Give employees a structured, practical understanding of AI Act concepts instead of relying on informal awareness sessions.
Provide documented EU AI Act training evidence for selected AI-relevant employees within a single training cycle.
Back internal claims of AI literacy with an optional, independently examined certificate.
Help staff understand the limits and obligations of the AI systems they use, manage, or procure.
Have documented evidence ready when auditors, regulators, or customers ask for proof of AI competence.
